I am passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful and impactful solutions to stakeholders and I excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into product strategies. Career Highlights Include: • Spearheaded an Advanced Analytics Acceleration proposal which generated $11.7 million in new funding with net benefits of $53 million within 5 years and $85 million in 8 years. • Hand selected to manage a high priority privacy project and worked with teams across the large company to create a vision and execution that avoided a fine of over $1.2 million. • Authored all program objectives and ensured teams were prepared for Program Increment Planning and metrics were within compliance guidelines resulting in a cost avoidance of in wasteful planning. • Established roadmaps by partnering with stakeholders across the insurance organization for 12 development teams • Translated overall insurance business strategy into actionable goals, plans and work items for developers that increased team speed to market by 25% I have a bachelor of Information Systems Management degree and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Data and Analytics from St. Mary’s University. I have also gained the SAFe Practice Consultant and Product Owner/ Product Manager certifications.
