Help manage +$40mil Capital budget across 7 venues – EverBank Stadium, VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Baseball Grounds, Jacksonville Performing Arts Center, Prime Osborn Convention Center, Daily’s Place Amphitheatre & the Ritz Theatre & Museum – supported by City of Jacksonville funding• Liaison between NFL Facilities team, ASM Facilities & Maintenance teams and City personnel regarding City purchases, invoicing and Accounts Payable• Performs Capital funds requisitions and Purchase Order entry into the City of Jacksonville\'s 1Cloud ERP system, tracking each step of process; created management-approved Capital Purchasing Procedures, step-by-step processes for various job functions and trains other employees on job duties as necessary for cross-training• Receives invoices for capital expenditures, attains correct approvals, submits to the City\'s AP department, reconciles Capital expenditures to the budget; builds yearly Capital Detail by Fund spreadsheet, send to City Officials monthly• Delivers documents and contracts to clients and/ or business associates including the Mayor’s office, City Council and NFL team Facilities; complete weekly maintenance reports • Prepares technical and corporate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data, information, trends• Subject Matter Expert, assisting Facilities, Maintenance, HVAC etc. with Work Order system, including assigning new users and determining level of access• Provides administrative support for the daily tracking of open work orders for the facility maintenance program, working with all venue department managers to ensure timely completion of Preventative and Non-Preventative Maintenance requests submitted by internal and external stakeholders• Oversees submission of RFP submissions, ensuring proper thresholds (monetarily, number of bids, bid response time, etc) are met in accordance with City of Jacksonville Procurement laws
