ABOUT KRISTEN C.
My personal legacy is to be of service to others. Wherever I go, whatever I do is always linked back to service.I’ve recently been promoted to the Training and Development Manager at WOW Carwash. It has been an incredible transition from Executive Leader thus far. I excel in creating better processes while also finding creative and efficient ways to level employees up to prepare them for internal succession or even journeys outside of their current company. Prior to joining WOW Carwash, I was with WeWork and loved every minute of that role. Before WeWork, I was heavily involved in the retail/fitness industry starting at lululemon then navigating my way through SoulCycle. Both industries come with loads of learning and development opportunities including but not limited to communication skills, providing feedback/direction, labor optimization and collaborating with others. My proudest moment working for these two companies would be instilling possibility and potential in my team member\'s minds. I was able to unleash unforeseen potential within several individuals while they were able to learn through their failures and maximize their strengths. My role as a Community Manager at WeWork taught me so much. I am uniquely qualified to coach and guide a team to success while partnering with leasing, facilities and project management teams to ensure a great member experience outcome and overall a healthy & operationally sound co-working business. As a company, we focused on profitability and streamlining processes to create a more efficient and well oiled machine for our members while create a happy work environment for all employees. While I\'m off of work, my favorite things to do are spending time with my son and other family/friends, going on hikes, traveling to far away places or just relaxing during a \"staycation\" and going to concerts/listening to music. I enjoy these things because I simply love to relax and recharge with positive energy! To summarize, I love doing what I do not only due to teaching others new skills but also being able to change lives through the customer service sector. I may not recognize it all the time but what I do impacts so many lives even if it\'s a simple hello and smile or supporting a member/guest with an important project they have in front of them. I am grateful for what I have learned and look forward to the future.
