FY22 final bed tax collections increased 39.4% for Idaho Department of Commerce. Provide creative leadership and strategy for all projects, from conceptualization to execution. Ensuring that the creative output of the project meets the client\'s needs and objectives while also maintaining the overall brand identity- Define the creative vision: Collaborates with the project team to develop a clear and concise creative vision that aligns with the project goals and the client’s brand. Concept development: Oversees the brainstorming and ideation process to ensure that the concepts are innovative, on-brand, and meet the client\'s objectives. Art/Copy direction: Provide direction and feedback to designers, copywriters and other creatives to ensure that the end result are both visually compelling, meet the project\'s creative vision and are supported by data. Collaboration: Collaborate with other stakeholders on the project, such as account and media directors to ensure that the creative output aligns with the project timeline, budget, and other requirements. Quality control: Review and approve all creative output to ensure that it meets the project\'s objectives, brand guidelines, and quality standards. Client management: Works closely with the client to ensure that the creative output meets their needs and objectives and that they are satisfied with the final product. Mentorship: Supports team members’ individual growth by providing professional development roadmaps with recommendations for educational material, side projects and real-use applications.
