1. Senior Sales Operations Manager - Onboarding & Enablement

   Responsible for global standardization of onboarding programs for Account Executive and Associate Account Executive roles- Owned refresh of onboarding Pitch Readiness sales prompts to further align to display/video and contract-based programs- Program Manager of Associate Account Executive program, a 12-week onboarding program for early career talent, building live and module training curriculum, performance tracking mechanisms, and pitch/writing workshop programs- Launched Pitch Perfect program in Q1’25 for 400+ Global sellers, a weekly in person workshop for AEs to bring client ready narratives, with a goal of upskilling sales teams, fostering in person selling skills, and knowledge sharing across teams- Partner with Brand Education Team to facilitate New Hire Bootcamp for Global Growth Sales (GGS) new hires, designing and launching first-ever GGS client sales prompt for 28 Q2’25 hires.
