Select athletes/talent, lead staff, and coach for National Team junior (17-18), National Team u23 (19-22), National Team elite women’s road programs, U17 and U19 Talent ID camps, U17 and U19 European kermesse race camps. Events include Road World Championships, Nations Cups, UCI one day and stage races, and regional European and North American races-Develop team strategy and one-on-one success management of over 75 athletes-Collaborate with athlete success teams which include the athlete’s personal coach, RD, sports doctor,physical therapist, sport director, sports psychologist, athletic trainer, bike mechanic, and trade teammanager-Prepare and instruct educational talks for athletes on a variety of topics
