   Responsible for leading the global Talent Optimization Office, an operations team established to support our global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams. Talent Optimization will carry on our commitment of continuous improvement, by working to redesign work and standardize processes, upskill the team to better align with business needs, infuse technology into our processes along with the candidate experience, and build our reporting and analytics capability to better inform business decisions. Responsible for leading, building and implementing a comprehensive and compelling strategy for talent acquisition processes, procedures and practices, focusing on team redesign, employer branding, candidate experience, diversity hiring, hiring metrics, and sourcing strategies across Concentrix. Lead a global sourcing team of 25 talent sourcers and one leader, strategically placed in hubs (North America, LATAM, EMEA, India and Philippines) around the world supporting critical and niche searches. The sourcers are responsible for head-hunting talent and building repeatable candidate pipelines
