Equities Trade Management• Responsible for the full roll out of the equity derivative business and equity swap business front to back. This included creating architecture mapping, engaging with IT on implementation of Murex and Phase3 for the new entities established. Coordinated and executed full front to back testing. The roll out included attaining SEC approval for our BD Lite entity, this consisted of face to face meetings with SEC over a one year period reviewing the build out and performing live sessions in person to mimic a trading day. • Regional head of the Equity Management team, current team consists of 11 full time employees in New York. The team is responsible for supporting equity finance, equity cash (trading and sales), equity derivatives and equity swaps• Continuously working to enhance any processes where we can remove manual processing, create controls and improve efficiency. For each enhancement we make we perform full front to back testing to ensure all trade capture is accurate downstream.
