As an employer brand aficionado, I’m passionate about crafting strategies to enhance the candidate and employee experience through the entire talent lifecycle – from attraction to retention, and all the advocacy, engagement, and development in between.I built my career in the startup space – first at a scrappy social media marketing agency where I grew from intern to agency director, then at a high-growth ecommerce startup where I built the employer brand from the ground up with employee advocacy at the forefront. Today, I\'m proud to elevate that same \"startup mindset\" to a global scale at Intel, where I\'m driving the evolution of our advocacy program to enable and empower employees to amplify key Intel moments and share their own authentic stories.I set aggressive goals for myself and my work, starting with a clear strategic vision, then mapping a step-by-step plan to achieve it.
