Project Manager within NextEra Energy Resources, I lead the planning, execution, and delivery of utility scale battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across the U.S. I collaborate with cross-functional teams - engineering, construction, supply chain, finance, land development, and sales - to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while supporting the NEE\'s mission to accelerate the clean energy transition.Previously, I led a team as Senior Business Development for ZEON’s Energy Materials Division and Account Manager of the Automotive Group for the North American market. As a technical consultant and business development, I collaborated with cell manufacturers and automotive OEM\'s to support the adoption of ZEON Polymers and Battery Binders to commercialize next generation of lithium ion formulations and technology. Consulting cell manufactures, Automotive OEM, battery start-up\'s, research and development groups, and material manufacturers with technical and commercial support to aid in development of next generation lithium-ion battery and solid state technology that can meet or exceed automotive OEM vehicle electrification (xEV) requirements.
