I build and own enterprise platforms and operating capabilities—most often through CLM but not limited to it. My work focuses on making complex systems usable, governed, and scalable, especially where clarity and judgment matter early. I’ve led first-of-kind platform efforts from selection through enterprise readiness, owning operating models, governance standards, and adoption. That work means aligning cross-functional teams around decisions that balance speed, risk, and long term viability.CLM and legal operations are proof points within a broader body of work. My work centers on selecting platforms, defining how they are to be used in practice, and ensuring they scale in a way that supports consistent, reliable execution as organizations evolve.    In this first-in-role position, I stepped into an active enterprise CLM environment and took ownership of the decisions that determine long-term platform viability. I led a rapid, criteria-driven enterprise evaluation with a senior internal team, establishing requirements, considerations, and governance expectations to define an enterprise-ready path forward.I owned all aspects of vendor evaluation and executive decision support, with the support of a senior internal team, creating the structure, scoring, and operating cadence needed to move decisively. The focus throughout was on disciplined decision-making and enterprise readiness so the organization could move forward with confidence.
