Work on foundational registration authority service serving over one million requests to our REST API daily, participating as a rotating on-call engineer to resolve any live site incidents and maintain 99.99% availability. Work with key partners in certificate, PKI, and certificate authority spaces to provide world class, industry standard security solutions. • Contribute to feature work, including design, coding, and deployment. Major projects include the introduction of circuit breakers to protect our service from downstream failures, fault injection to validate system performance, telemetry instrumentation, and porting legacy build verification tests to reduce final deployment step from 1-2 hours to 5-10 minutes. • Maintain security and accessibility of our team’s services through bug fixes and collaborative compliance reviews. Participate in Identity’s organizational pre- and post-mortem activities to increase platform resilience.
