At MacDermid Graphics Solutions (2021–Present), I serve as Technical Director for EMEA, leading all commercial technical operations across the region. I’m responsible for overseeing the Applications & Engineering team, covering application development, innovation, NPD, print and platemaking support, installations, FATs, and issue resolution for both direct and indirect clients. I strategically developed the technical service structure to support key accounts—most notably the world’s largest flexo printer—including the creation of a resource plan, qualification SOPs, and risk mitigation strategies. I led critical initiatives such as the planning, installation, and commissioning of the UK extrusion line, advanced our client-focused NPD processes, and contributed to sustainability projects like plate recycling and packaging development. In 2023, I was one of only 14 employees selected globally for the ESI HIPO leadership program, where I presented a new product development project to the ESI Senior Leadership Team. My ongoing focus has been on strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional technical service across the UK and EMEA.
