ABOUT KRISTAL ALFONSO

Experienced leader in a multitude of disciplines ranging from flight line aircraft maintenance to multi-service/multi-agency intelligence organization. Proven project manager and customer advocate, previously responsible for enterprise/customer engagement and mission management for the National Security Agency Colorado (NSA/CSS Colorado), leading customer outreach and synthesis of effort across an extended intelligence community and enterprise. Prior to NSA/CSS Colorado, duties included involved in-depth research, analysis, and recommendation for the Chief of Staff of the Air Force on a variety of topics ranging from establishing the Air Force standard for response to active shooter scenarios following the Ft. Hood attack to recommendations for addressing Air Expeditionary Force deployment challenges, the role of operating unmanned aerial vehicles, to how the Air Force could address the explosion of social media and its use by Air Force members. Effective communicator and mentor who enjoys helping others realize their own success and goals.
