About Kristal Craven
My unique background as a Hospitality Management graduate led me to Chicago where I began my career in Facilities Management. During those early years of my career, I became inspired by the construction teams I was working with which led me to pursue a career on the General Contractor\'s side of the table. I have a passion for teamwork and love working with my teams to solve issues and provide excellent outcomes and interactions for all that I have the pleasure of working with. The biggest attribute I add to any team is my positive energy & hardworking nature, I strive to go above and beyond to help out my teams & clients as much as possible. I largely attribute my excellent interpersonal skills to my father\'s Army career; which instilled in me not only communication, but flexibility & adaptability to change. In my free time I enjoy watching football games (college & NFL), baking lots of delicious sweets, travelling, enjoying nature (usually with my dog), volunteering with military support & animal welfare organizations, and spending time with family. Originally from Alabama, I love to visit family as often as I am able. And of course Roll Tide!
