Rolled out Objective and Key Results (OKR) framework across the org, onboarded 900 employees to adopt these as a measure of progress and success. Develop tooling for metrics and reports for leadership. Manage Budget for the org, developing best practices for reconciliation and accuracy. Oversee development of tooling and metrics, led UAT and rollout. Manage all communications to ensure transparency and understanding. Built an Operationalization Playbook for our Custom XR applications and launched it with a pilot app. Identified areas of potential process improvement and connected teams to enact improvements to enhance efficiencies. Defined telemetry needs and led development of metrics to guide future decisions and support. Took the metrics from initial basic scope and thought bigger, developing a comprehensive set of dashboards that would serve a wide range of stakeholders as well as provide data and automated alerts for operational support. Developed short and long term roadmaps for rollout and operationalization of XR across Meta. Led the development of operationalization for the supply chain as well as custom, third and first party application delivery. Developed strategic plans, working closely with Reality Labs Research and Sales to use the information derived from pilots to guide development and marketing efforts.
