Hello! I’m a talent and people operations professional with 12+ years of experience spanning full-cycle recruiting, talent management, and HR operations. I’m currently a Senior Talent Manager at The Office of Experience, a design and digital transformation consultancy based in Chicago.In this role, I lead talent acquisition across both full-time and freelance hiring, while owning core people programs including performance management, onboarding, employee development, and more. Much of my work has focused on building people infrastructure from the ground up, creating thoughtful, consistent, and scalable experiences as teams grow.Prior to OX, I owned campus recruiting and entry-level hiring strategy at 3Q/DEPT, leading everything from university partnerships and events to interview design and candidate experience. I also spent five years at IIT Institute of Design managing the full prospective student journey, where I guided and advised talented individuals through a major career decision, helping them navigate an important next step in reaching their career goals.
