I am a Certified Fraud Examiner with over 13 years experience working for the United States federal government. I was a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation for nearly 10 years, with responsibility for investigating criminal violations of the Internal Revenue Code and other related financial crimes. Prior to becoming a Special Agent, I was a Revenue Agent for over three and a half years. As a Revenue Agent I was responsible for conducting examinations of federal income tax returns to determine compliance with the Internal Revenue Code.
