ABOUT KRISTA SCHOLZ

I am an Analytical Biochemist and Technical Consultant with experience across research, method development, and client-facing scientific applications. My background bridges biochemical assay development, plant physiology research, and analytical instrumentation with technical sales, account management, and business development in the agriculture, food, and biotechnology sectors. In the lab, I’ve designed and validated biochemical assays, optimized biomass growth strategies, and developed SOPs that improved consistency and efficiency. I\'ve contributed to scale up, built QC frameworks, and developed new methods. On the industry side, I’ve worked as a technical applications and sales consultant, advising laboratories on instrumentation, method optimization, and research applications. This experience sharpened my ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable solutions for clients, foster collaborations, and support strategic growth. What motivates me most is working at the intersection of science, innovation, and collaboration—whether that means solving research challenges, helping partners achieve technical goals, or bridging the gap between laboratory discovery and real-world application.
