Design requirements gathering questionnaires for most commonly requested Managed IT project-types. • Design automation mapping for requirements collected utilizing AI to calculate labor and draft Statement of Work (SOW) contracts on the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform • Manually create SOW contracts for unique/complex project requests, that are not part of the Top 10, by assembling teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet client needs via a series of internal and client-facing sessions • Design and maintain Departmental training materials • Train Team members on requirements gathering and SOW drafting processes • Create and maintain a SNOW Project Management live reporting dashboard that captures all phases of requirements gathering and project execution tickets per Team member and Client. • Create complex reporting templates utilizing SNOW/MS Excel to provide metrics surrounding request volume, processing durations, revenue, and win/loss ratios • Manage influx of new project requests for dispersion amongst the 5 teams within the PMO via SNOW dashboard • Conduct interviews when in need of additional staff
