London, GB

Our Talent Team at Ticketmaster builds, enhances, and evolves a vibrant talent journey throughout the employee lifecycle, from attraction to exit. To do this, we work and build cross-functionally as well as globally - seeing employees as both customers and partners in creating a workplace that is as satisfying, as it is productive. I am able to develop strategy as well as roll up my sleeves to execute and evaluate our campaigns, programming, and events with people from across Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Our team\'s contributions are wide-reaching, including day-to-day employee experience initiatives, learning & development programs, talent acquisition, and HR enablement.
