Recent honors graduate from North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S in Kinesiology with a strong foundation in exercise science, research, and rehabilitation. My academic and professional journey has been shaped by hands-on experience in clinical settings and research in cardiovascular and neuromuscular health. I thrive in environments that challenge me to think critically, adapt quickly, and apply evidence-based approaches to improving movement and recovery.With experience in both research and direct patient interaction, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between science and practice. My background has equipped me with analytical strength, a collaborative mindset, and a deep appreciation for the human body’s resilience and capacity for healing.This summer, I will be working in the Cardiovascular Regenerative Medicine Lab at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine and preparing for my Exercise Physiologist Certification.
