Ensure on time and accurate prototype samples throughout seasonal milestones to meet cost targets and are suitable for production environment. Product Management of assigned NU and CU seasonal development from line start to commercialization to achieve on time buy ready. Workload to be concentrated on low to high complexity projects with exposure to increasingly complex projects. Manage precosting and seasonal cost analysis and problem solving on all assigned projects. Work proactively with Development Leads to problem solved in a timely manner. Participate in product related meetings including Creative Direction and Seasonal Material hand-off meeting and tear down meetings. Assumes responsibly duping tear down meeting for assigned projects. Manage seasonal development of leather and non-leather materials for seasonal projects. Maintain and continue to develop competitive intelligence of market awareness. Clear Understanding and execution/management of seasonal development calendar and FEII commercialization calendars to Global Merch. Work collaboratively with Engineering team to fully understand fit on all projects, Participate in Model Fit and Extreme Fitting Seasons. Maintain assigned seasonal updates to PLM such as factory, specs, color CAD\'s, Pattern, sku attributes and leather. Shadow Senior Engineering to expand knowledge on all aspects of the development cycle, blueprints, last development and relevant construction. Demonstrates desire, motivation and a passion to increase depth of knowledge for footwear. Ability to work in a fast pace environment with cross-functional teams while handling multiple tasks; Enthusiastic and able to working in a in a cross functional capacity, Flexible and open to change, Ability to work independently.
