   I work with partners across campus, the region, and the alumni community to connect students to developmental opportunities. This includes leading the Calling & Career team in coaching 300+ students annually in discerning and pursuing their careers. I have also led and regularly participate in full-cycle recruiting for various roles across campus. I give leadership to our annual career fair. In less than three years, our team has been able to double the number of employers attending (50 to 100) and quadruple the number of students attending which recently surpassed 50% of the student body. Our team was able to transform the career fair from a career office event to a campus-wide event, recruiting 30+ volunteers from across campus to help us execute the fair, providing top-tier hospitality to all attendees.Partnering with a group of key stakeholders across-campus, I help facilitate a group of 17 faculty and staff in strategically embedding the career conversation in the curricular and co-curricular aspects of campus. In concert with this group, I was able to write and secure a grant to further this work.Working closely with our Public Events and Enrollment team, I also give leadership to our annual new student move-in day, moving in 250+ students into 6 residence halls while also hosting their families. We recently implemented a \"Fast Pass,\' system by using Slate\'s CRM to give students the ability to complete all necessary paperwork before arriving to campus to expedite the move-in process, lowering anxiety for families and allowing students to settle in more quickly.
