Four, six month long rotations across various company departments.Current rotation (June - Dec ‘25)Power Design Resources: Project Lighting fixture package bid proposals and post award operational management.(Jan - June ‘25) LV Systems Operations: team of 2, overseeing low voltage systems for all phases of project life cycle. Includes coordinating lighting control, access control and AV technologies for approx 10 projects at a time. Procurement log creation, material tracking, maintaining submittal and RFP logs, budget updates and ITR labor voucher fulfillment. Current projects include: Ritz Carlton Estero Bay, Ritz Carlton Naples, St. Regis Longboat Key, The Pendry Tampa, Flagler Forte West Palm Beach, and 3-5 executive concierge/residential projects for the owners of Power Design.(June - Jan ‘24) Estimating (Change Order): Process PCOs upwards of $800K at a rate of over 30 per quarter, and 5 day turnaround. Overlay new and old plan revisions, interpret drawing changes for cost impact, and price items with assemblies in Change Order Pro/Accubid. Communicate with PM teams throughout process to create fair and accurate pricing for owners.(Nov ‘23 - June ‘24) Electrical Operations: team of 5 on two ‘plans and specs’ electrical projects,$40M (The Mathers at Tyson) and $90M (Costar Richmond Campus) electrical contracts. Maintain submittal and RFI log, WIP trackers, manage and create RFPs/RFIs. Monitor project budget and manage potential KPIs. Order field material (largest cBOM release in company history), communicate with the internal field team, GC team and vendors. Facilitate $6M project fixture package with outside vendors and internal prefab warehouse by monitoring shop drawings, plan revisions and submittals.Served as mentor for interns August - December 2024.
