I’m a UX Project Manager and digital transformation leader with a background in UX design and research, specializing in delivering human-centered solutions for government agencies and mission-driven organizations.I operate at the intersection of user experience, strategy, and execution—leading cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery while ensuring alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. My work is grounded in accessibility, usability, and measurable outcomes.In my current role, I manage a portfolio of UX and digital transformation initiatives, overseeing budgets, contracts, scopes, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects. I’m known for building strong client relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and proactively mitigating risks to keep projects on track.Earlier in my career, I worked as a UX Designer supporting federal initiatives, where I conducted research, led usability testing, and designed digital experiences for platforms such as Code.gov and the Department of Energy.
