ABOUT KRISSY SCOTT

Partner and Head of Education at Harrison Clark Rickerbys. I am trusted by schools to provide legal support and advice on a range of issues ranging from staff matters to parent and pupil issues including sensitive and complex child protection and pastoral matters. My work includes advice on current child protection matters and also retrospective reviews. I am passionate about education. I have a vast amount of experience advising and supporting schools with discrimination and SEN claims and queries and assisting schools through the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.
