Records related daily bank activity and create routine receivables.Researches past due receivables, propose and adjust transactions in system, manage follow-up with the use of aging reports and investigate any discrepancies. Collaborates with internal departments to address root causes and improve processes.Responds to supplier and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Prepares and files monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports, including gallonage tax, enforcement tax, use tax, and customs payments.Supports the month-end close process, including journal entries related to receivables and other assigned categories.Demonstrates experience in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review, including but not limited to receivables, cash, and fixed assets.Identifies process improvement opportunities and proposes practical solutions; maintains accurate and up-to-date written procedures.Performs additional duties and assume other responsibilities as requested.
