I believe in the power of education, the importance of growth, and the magic of humor—especially when things get hard. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and follow-through.That passion led me to co-found The Goalden System, where we support students, professionals, and teams in building the executive function skills that make life and work easier to manage. From one-on-one coaching to company-wide workshops, we help people create systems that stick AND are sustainable long term. Whether I’m working with a student who\'s overwhelmed by deadlines or guiding a leadership team through time management strategies, my approach is always the same: practical, human-centered, and rooted in the belief that change is possible. Everything we do at The Goalden System is rooted in science. While the foundation of our work is rooted in the GROW Model, there is no one size fits all at The Goalden System. When I’m not coaching or facilitating, you can usually find me with a good book, working on a puzzle or out in nature.
