ABOUT KRISSY CLARK
I\'m an award-winning journalist, writer, editor and producer. I specialize in long-form narrative and investigative audio journalism. I\'m the host, senior correspondent and co-creator of The Uncertain Hour, a documentary podcast from Marketplace. My work has been featured on NPR, the BBC, 99% Invisible, High Country News, Slate, Pop-Up Magazine, Reveal, and Freakonomics. I\'m highly creative, curious and dogged in my reporting. I love to break down complicated systems so they\'re understandable and fascinating. I find the small, amazing details in people that make a story unforgettable. My work and collaborations have been recognized by the Gracies, IRE, SABEW and the Education Writers Association. I\'ve been a finalist for a Loeb, a Livingston, a James Beard food journalism award, a Third Coast award and many others. On the side, I make audio tours and site-specific sound installations.
