Hi there! I\'m Kriss Patel – and I\'m obsessed with all things UX design. I\'m driven by delivering the best user experience possible while solving business problems. I love impactful work, especially when it involves designing visually stunning websites and mobile apps that improve user satisfaction and conversion rates by leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.Here\'s a question: When was the last time you thought about improving the User Experience in your business?As a Senior UX/UI Designer for BLACKLINE app at Adhoc studio, it\'s my job to think about that every day. In other words, I drive innovation and user-centric design practices by creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences. Since June 2023, I\'ve been leading BLACKLINE\'s mission to transform the sales and marketing of pre-construction real estate through exceptional digital platforms, ensuring our designs optimize user satisfaction and meet business objectives. My notable accomplishments at BLACKLINE include- Leading the research, planning, design, and prototyping of user flows and interfaces to create intuitive and engaging applications- Contributing to and maintaining a robust brand and design system that optimizes the design process and facilitates cross-team visual communication- Working closely with engineers to review and ensure the implementation of designs is aligned with specifications- Actively participating in design discussions, product, and project-related team meetings to provide valuable design insights and drive successful outcomes.Prior to this role, I spent 2 years at Connect2Crypto as a Lead UX Designer, where I spearheaded the development of impactful digital experiences for crypto users. I achieved significant milestones, including creating a collaborative roadmap, introducing design sprints for increased efficiency, and reducing design errors by 40%, resulting in a 20% reduction in project time.In addition to my professional work, I devote my time to giving back through free mentorship sessions on ADPlist.org and Designed.org.
