I am dedicated to the study of leadership, both in theory and practical application. Between military service and corporate leadership positions, I’ve gained two decades of international, organizational leadership experience. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of working side-by-side with (and sometimes across the table from) men and women who are thought leaders and experts in their crafts. This proximity to people and processes has provided me invaluable insights and a global network of resources. Though I am fiercely focused on portfolio growth, P&L optimization, and operational process improvement, the development of people and the cultivation of organizational culture are the underpinnings of my professional victories. I spend a lot of time thinking about communication, collaboration, and culture.
