iFathom was established in 1992 when two men were commissioned by the Royal Canadian Navy to build an integrated information system to optimize the availability of weapons and equipment systems required to support the day-to-day operations of the navy’s vessels. Pre-1992, the Royal Canadian Navy logistics system comprised of dozens of MS Access and Excel databases and a few departmental custom computer applications.Since then iFathom has transformed into a rapidly growing workforce management company supporting the Federal Government, Non-Profit, Banking & Insurance, Utilities, Telecom, and Technology companies across Canada.
