ABOUT KRIS ROBERTSON
Kris Robertson, owner and founder of Blueprint Solutions, provides educational resources and remote training for sport coaches, athletes, and other sports science and sports medicine practitioners. He currently serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Raptors 905 (NBA G-League) and as a Sport Scientist with the Toronto Argonauts (CFL). Previously, he was the Head Coach of Strength and Conditioning at Simon Fraser University, where he was responsible for the physical development of 17 different male and female varsity teams. He also served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach of Canada’s Senior Women’s National 15’s team and the Women’s Rugby Canada Development Academy. In addition, he worked as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Toronto Argonauts. Kris has experience working with athletes from various sports like swimming, hockey, basketball, judo, and soccer. He is a former professional athlete of the Canadian Football League (CFL), drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 11th overall in the 2013 draft but had his aspirations cut short by a knee injury. Kris holds a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and his Masters of Exercise Science from Edith Cowan University.
