Currently, working in ITC, India\'s FMCG giant, as Manager-HR. Post Graduated from SCMHRD in MBA-HR(2022). Interned at Piramal CPD and worked extensively on automating the whole employee life cycle by incorporating Chatbots for TA, TM and Employee Engagement. Also, had internship stints with Philips(Signify) and Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance and worked on building TA dashboard and onboarding manuals. Majorly interested in the areas of Automation, People Analytics and Machine Learning. Have an experience of 2.5 years in the IT sector before my MBA, which has helped me gain skills and qualities like leadership and Project Management. Always believe in the process of learning, relearning and unlearning. Believe in the might of putting hours of practice to master a skill.
