Hi, I\'m Krishnol Sen. As a Systems Engineer at TCS, I bring a strong foundation in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications that drive real business value. I am passionate about delivering end-to-end solutions that are user-centric and efficient.Currently, I am part of a cross-functional team working on a comprehensive Human Resource Management Solution (HRMS) aimed at streamlining and modernizing the recruitment and HR processes for our clients. This solution is being developed across Web, Android, and iOS platforms, with dedicated teams for each. My role focuses on building and integrating features that align with the larger product vision while ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.In my previous project, I played a vital role in testing and deploying TCS-built POS and SCO tills for a major European client. I led a 3-member team daily, automated processes that cut down build and sanity time by over 60 minutes, and helped deploy tills in just 13 weeks across three retail banners.
