   Leading International Business in key Global markets of approximately MT per month• Co-ordinating with buyers for new enquiries, providing details to plant for pricing and offering the same to buyers and also following up for order confirmation• Co-ordinating with Documentation team for preparation of Sales Contract and Proforma Invoice for buyer\'s order and subsequent documents for orders• Co-ordinating with Logistics team for smooth execution of shipment of cargo; approximately 100-150 shipments per month• Preparation of MIS report for all new and pending orders and ongoing and pending shipments and assisting Logistics team and the management for planning of shipments; approximately 100-150 orders per month• Additionally handling documentation for some buyers for their orders which include preparation of Sales Contract, Proforma Invoice once deal is finalised• Preparation of documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Insurance Certificate) in coordination with Logistics and Shipping teams for all documents related to shipment for buyers assigned• Co-ordinating with Finance team for submission of documents in banks for all shipments to buyers assigned• Responsible for payment follow-up and collection for all buyers assigned
