Managed the project right from the project charter till deployment with Scope, time, cost, quality, and other resource constraints • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budget and expenditures. • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. • Create time, cost and effort forecasts. • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budget and expenditures. • Communicate on-going work schedules and project progress with appropriate departments • Create executive summary presentation and status reports • Provide coordination and drive the Purchase Order process within the Team and interfacing with other internal groups. • Maintain database integrity, interprets and conducts reconciliation of data to ensure accuracy. • Periodic involvement in special projects or assignments such as the preparation of reports and surveys, in depth investigation of specific problems, or preparation and distribution of annual reports. • Track team schedules, monitor project status, milestone dates, existing and projected workloads for resource allocation. • Coordinate renewals of Annual contracts nationally ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. • Provide training when necessary on new process or system related material, including orientation of new employee(s) • Proactive resolution of issues via all available pathways (project meetings, shipping calls, etc.) • Package tender information and upload to Smart Portal (a procurement software) for RFQ process. • Follow Bid Policy and Smart Portal procedures.
