Hello Everyone, I am a CA finalist.I have cleared my CA Intermediate with 5/6 exemptions and 65% marks in total.And I have cleared my CA Foundation with distinction and 76.5% overall marks in total.I’m currently pursuing my industrial training in M&A at Aditya Birla Group. I’m hoping to gain real experience in merger and acquisition by Aditya Birla at different industries. I\'ve done my Articleship in the field of Deals Advisory Services- Valuations, where i gained experience with regards to Business Valuations, Company Valuations, Brand Valuations, Venture Capital Funds & Private Equity portfolio Valuations, M&A transactions, ESOP Valuations, PPA, Valuations under Income Tax Act, FEMA Valuations etc.
