Handling of Pan India Establishment statutory compliances & Payroll Compliances for 48 branches with employees of Oracle and maintaining tracker for the same to take timely action whenever required. Preparation of applications for new, amendment & renewal of S&E RC, CLRA RC, Trade License and Form-A & Form-B under Payment of gratuity Act. for all the branches across India. Amendment of other Registration Certificates like, PT RC & EC, EPF RC & ESIC RC etc. whenever required. Coordinating with regional operation executives to follow up with concerned Government authority for the approval of applied RC\'s and Licenses and getting the obtained copy of the same. Handling of closure procedure for discontinued branches like, surrender of S&E RC, CLRA RC and submitting Form-C under POG act. Follow up with payroll team to get data on time for filling monthly returns and remittances like, PT, PF, ESI & LWF. Filling of Quarterly Returns, Half Yearly Returns & Remittances and Yearly Returns & Remittances under Various Labour Acts. Coordinating with branch managers of Oracle across India to complete the display of notices & abstracts on quarterly basis. Coordinating with Government Authorities, operation executives and vendors for the closure of notices received from the different government departments. Providing payroll data to the back end team and getting monthly registers prepared on time. Handling of 300 plus vendors of Oracle for different compliance related works. Collecting head count details from all the vendors on quarterly basis to apply for CLRA RC headcount Amendment. Conducting detailed quarterly compliance audit for 300 plus contractors to check their Labour Law Compliance status under Various Labour Acts for Pan India. Conducting monthly audit to check compliance status of vendors under MW act, PoW Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, WMC Act, LWF Act and N&F Holiday act. before releasing the payment of vendors invoices.
