During the last 10 years I have led multiple large scale, multi-million-dollar, complex digital transformation programs. I have also been called in to turn around and recover troubled programs in different situations.Some of the Transformational programs:• One of the largest AWS Cloud Migration programs for a leading US Airline. Very large number of workloads, program touching all core business functions of the Airline and stringent timelines makes this one of the most challenging programs. Handling a key role in helping the acceleration of the program and helping Client achieve the program goals.• Major Azure Cloud modernization program for a US Telecom giant. Program covering App modernization for 40+ legacy Applications. Successful execution of program meeting all the commitments.• One-of-a-kind Transformation of Enterprise Data Platform of large US Telco, consolidating and transforming 63 DBs, ETL jobs and 1400 APIs, with fixed price and time contract. Started working on program in a critical delivery situation, turned around the delivery situation, successfully delivering within budget and timelines.• Complex Microservices Transformation for Mission Critical Data platform and Service Delivery Applications.I owe the success of such programs to talented teams that I have had the opportunity to build, nurture, engage and grow. In many situations teams had to built with rare-to-find skills and had to be scaled in short timeframes.
