Typical contracts would be Master services agreement, Non disclosure agreement and data security. Discuss and establish the relationship with the client, define the roles and responsibilities of the various stake holders in the project. Manage and monitor the complete life cycle of the Implementation, from discovery, design, development and deployment into production. Work thru proper closures and sign off for every phase of the project. Work with our clients on Key areas of the project - Solution architecture, Licensing, Performance, source control, document repository, data security, environment access and Audit complianceAdhere to Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating procedures for Operations & Support contracts. Provide Utilization & project progress reports during the engagement and keep an excellent open communication to avoid status quo\'s and delays, Many of our customers are clients and we believe in \"customer first\" and the same is reflected in the Delivery. ERP functional -Have worked in Large scale Open Source ERP Implementations using Compiere, Adempiere for distribution, Retail and services industries. Establish a quick prototype with the client on receiving an RFP and work thru the FIT GAP and provide a \" Early Go Live\" plan with the customer. Our value adds are Phased Implementation, data migrations from legacy, data synchronization, compliance with Accounting, Integrations with 3rd parties, publish Analytics and reports using Pentaho BI.
