My journey with the studio has unfolded in two distinct phases. I built and led Cogwheel Studios from 2010 to 2019, shaping its foundation as an integrated design practice. I then spent time at organization like Microsoft and BCG, working at the intersection of design, technology, and business transformation.I have since returned to extend that foundation, focusing on leadership that brings out the collective strength of a diverse design team, along with strategic thinking and hands on work across disciplines. The work centers on translating complex ideas into clear systems and experiences that people can understand, navigate, and engage with.The practice spans brand strategy and identity, wayfinding and environmental graphics, exhibitions and spatial design, user experience, product and digital interfaces, and communication systems across print and digital.I collaborate with organizations, institutions, and teams to define direction, build integrated systems, and deliver outcomes that are thoughtful, practical, and grounded in context.The intent remains consistent. Make things clearer, more meaningful, and easier to experience.
