An award-winning Project Delivery Executive, having more than 21 years of experience in Project Delivery Leadership, Sales, Account Management, Program Management, Business Analysis and Change Management spanning multiple industries including Industrial, Communication and Public Sector. Experience spanning multiple geographies including USA and UK, Krishna brings a unique positive perspective to project management.Leading diverse remote teams by day and managing an all-volunteer staff at PMI Kerala Chapter, Krishna has gained a depth and insight into leadership and positive project management. A Ph.D. in management and Alumnus of India’s best Management institute – Indian Institute of Management -Calcutta, he has creative approach about leadership and project management. His concept of “productive utilization”, “cluster teams” and “adventure management (positive risks)” has bagged many accolades from the experts in the industry.Motivational speaker and visionary academia who has been nominated as Expert Member of Board of Studies for Business Management that develops management curriculum. He has been elected as the Vice President - Professional development twice in PMI Kerala Chapter from 2011 onwards.His projects were awarded the Runner up award for the Project Management Institute India Best Project of the Year - Short Term Duration (Less than 1 Year) in 2012 and awarded IBM’s distinguished project of the year 2011. IBM awarded him with the Best Project Manager, Best Account Manager titles. IBM awarded him with SPARK and ORION awards continuously year after year for the extra ordinary performance. IBM awarded him with “special business award” for winning some of the strategic logos.
