As a final-year student pursuing a B.Tech in Food Technology at NIT Rourkela, I am passionate about bridging the gap between food science and data analysis. My experiences range from hands-on quality assurance during my internship at General Mills India to research projects focused on innovative food technologies. As the founding member and Management Head of the Food Tech Society, I have fostered innovation and collaboration within the food tech space.In addition, I played a key role in organizing the SERB-sponsored KETSAC-22 conference, facilitating effective communication and engagement among international speakers and delegates.My academic and professional endeavours are underpinned by a commitment to sustainability and food safety, with certifications and presentations on GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI regulations.
