Over a decade of experience in the Aerospace and Defence industry has fueled my passion for innovation in drone technology and composite manufacturing. I hold a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Saveetha School of Engineering, and I leverage this expertise to drive progress in the field. Currently, I\'m the Program Manager at RFLY Innovations Pvt Ltd, Chennai. RFLY is a company dedicated to unwavering quality and performance. Our talented team utilizes the latest advancements to create reliable, efficient, and high-performance Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). We cater to diverse client needs, offering drones for tasks like precision agriculture, surveying, surveillance, and search and rescue. In my role, I bridge the gap between Research and Business divisions under the CEO, functioning in a Techno-Commercial capacity. Previously, I served as the Assistant Vice President - Defence at Garuda Aerospace Private Limited. In this role, I oversaw defense division operations and strategy, collaborating with government and private sector clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions for various applications and missions. My experience extends beyond RFLY, as I also serve as an Independent Consultant at the Institute of Ideation Research Innovation and Incubation Studies. Here, I lead research and development efforts for novel aerospace and aeronautics products and technologies.
