Being a Software Development Manager in Storage services, I lead team of highly skilled Software development, at various levels who solve ambiguous development problems and operational and automation problems at scale for our customers. As a leader of the group I manage services which will impact Amazon retail website tech stack which gives great opportunity to deep dive into problems that customer teams face and provide long term solutions to handle them. Also I work with upper leadership, principle engineers and senior technical program managers across the organization in multiple geographical locations to establish effective collaboration and partnership.
