Handling reconciliation between RKS (internal system) & custody in order to maintain accuracy of RKS records in regards to provide the correct picture to IM for equities. Need to take action on all breaks in cash, position, & accrual.Also, comment on all breaks which are self-explanatory and detailed. Completing (Monthly audit recon) with complete due diligence. Validation of dividend events for equities through market sources and following up with relevant team to confirm if dividend event is correct and upon confirmation updating the market data to ensure that the correct accrual is set up. Worked on systems like RKS (Record Keeping System), OSA (Open System Accounting), Bloomberg. Worked on various financial products such as fixed income, Equity, Bonds. Co-ordinate with various Internal Teams to understand and resolve break discrepancies. Attending client and oversight calls & Handling emails in given TAT. Regular tracking of signoff and client deadlines by taking updates from them on an hourly basis. Checking and manual Trade Processing, Settlements, FX processing. Raise queries/Breaks to brokers, custody, internal teams related to issues in reconciliation. Regular follow-up with custody or respective internal teams for resolution of aged breaks. Reviewing files made by the Jr, updating and Allocating of all day activities within the team. Monthly portfolio performance, KPI\'s, Master recon and reporting activities. Various daily, weekly and ad-hoc reporting or data requests as received by onshore.
