My Work At UMBC, I worked as a Math Coach, supporting students and educators across Baltimore schools by designing personalized learning strategies, tracking progress, and helping address learning gaps through structured problem-solving and data-informed thinking. In healthcare analytics, I built a predictive pipeline to estimate in-hospital mortality and 30-day readmission risk using the dataset. I worked with structured patient data and clinical notes, applied preprocessing and feature engineering, trained machine learning models, and deployed the solution through Streamlit. In conversational AI, I developed a domain-specific RAG-based chatbot using LlamaIndex, ChromaDB, and Gemini, with safety filtering and evaluation components to improve answer quality and reliability. In deep learning, I created a COVID-19 chest X-ray classification system using a CNN-based architecture and deployed it through Flask for real-time inference.
