About Krishna Srinivasan

I\'m Krishna, a mechanical engineer by background, with a career spanning drone systems, biomedical simulations during my master\'s at IIT Madras, and most recently, EV powertrain modeling in the automotive industry. Across these diverse domains, one constant has been my focus on programming and tool development.I\'ve written embedded C for drone control systems, developed C++ solvers for 1D blood flow simulations, and created automation tools and algorithms using Python, MATLAB, Excel VBA, and C to streamline simulation workflows and data processing. My research in computational modeling has been published, and I’ve received multiple awards for innovation in automation and algorithm development.With over 7+ years in EV powertrain simulation—at Garrett and formerly Daimler—I’ve contributed to model-based validation, HV system safety, and process optimization using tools like MATLAB, Python, and GT-SUITE. This hands-on experience grounds my tool development skills in real-world system behavior and safety-critical applications.What drives me is building clean, efficient, and scalable software to solve engineering problems. I\'m now deepening that focus in my current role —bringing together my domain expertise and programming experience to deliver impactful solutions across industries.
